ActionGate Terms of Service

Scope

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ActionGate's API, MCP server, SDKs, and related documentation. By using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Service description

ActionGate provides read-only risk scoring, transaction simulation, and policy evaluation for proposed onchain actions. ActionGate does not custody funds, sign transactions for users, or execute blockchain transactions on a user's behalf.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the prompts, policies, wallet configuration, and downstream actions taken by your agents or applications. You must review ActionGate outputs before relying on them in production and comply with applicable laws, sanctions rules, and third-party service terms.

Payments and access

Some ActionGate features are offered on a paid per-call basis through x402 micropayments or separately issued API credentials. Fees are disclosed in the public pricing page and may change prospectively. Unless required by law, paid usage is non-refundable once a request has been processed successfully.

Acceptable use

You may not use ActionGate to break the law, probe or disrupt the service, evade rate limits, reverse engineer private infrastructure, or facilitate fraud, sanctions evasion, theft, or other abusive financial activity. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the service, users, or third parties.

No warranty

ActionGate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Safety scores, simulations, and policy decisions are operational aids, not guarantees, legal advice, investment advice, or fiduciary guidance. Blockchain systems and third-party dependencies can fail in ways ActionGate cannot predict.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ActionGate and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, tokens, digital assets, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time by publishing a revised version at this URL. Continued use of ActionGate after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
